Two different jobs
People land here when they are leaving a team tool, or when they are shopping recruiter CRMs as if they were the same product. They are not.
Enterprise recruitment CRMs are built for big agencies. Several recruiters share one process, the pipeline is meant to be large, and the product is sold as a platform for a team. Many of them also search for people outside your own network. Annie is one desk. She ranks people you already know from your LinkedIn export and mailbox.
This page compares the category. It does not audit any vendor’s current feature list or price card. The vendor’s own site is the source for what they sell today.
What Annie actually does
You bring in your LinkedIn Connections.csv (or the archive zip). You connect your mailbox. Your password never touches Annie. Annie never sends by itself. She turns that into contacts with connected-on and last-emailed dates filled in, then ranks the people you already know so you work the list in the right order.

Same CRM objects you expect for search: contacts, companies, jobs and mandates, candidates, pipeline, meetings, tasks, invoices. The wedge is warm-network BD for a desk that has to do delivery and BD alone. She drafts if you ask. A message only goes from your mailbox, from your address, on your click.
Where they diverge
| Annie | Them | |
|---|---|---|
| Primary buyer | One solo or independent recruiter | A recruiting team inside a big agency |
| Starts from | People already in your LinkedIn export and mailbox | A shared recruiting workflow, and often a search for people you do not know yet |
| Call list | A ranked list of people you already know but have not worked with or reached out to | Whatever process the team already runs |
| Sourcing strangers | Annie does not invent strangers. If your network is thin, the list is short | Often part of the platform. A sourcing database is there to find people outside your network |
| Sending mail | Annie never sends by itself. She drafts if you ask. You send from your mailbox, on your click | Many of these platforms sequence or send outreach as part of the team workflow. Check the one you are looking at |
| Price | One plan: Solo at $129/mo. No Team plan | Set by the vendor, usually for a team. It changes. This page does not copy a price card |
| Honest fit | One desk, and the network you already have | A shared floor, a sourcing database, or enterprise workflow depth first |
| Honest miss | A team that needs one shared process, or a desk whose job is finding strangers | One person who only needs who to call from LinkedIn and mail |
Them, on this page, means enterprise recruitment CRMs built for big agencies. If you need a team ATS, a sourcing database, or agency workflow depth first, one of them may be the better buy. Annie is the better buy only if the job is one desk and the network you already have.
When they are the honest fit
- More than one recruiter needs a shared process
- The desk is sourcing-led and wants a platform built around finding new people
- You are shopping enterprise workflow depth first, and warm-network BD second
Annie is not trying to win those deals. The CRM for solo recruiters page says so in plain language.
When Annie is the honest fit
- You left a boutique or agency and still own a long network
- You are one person doing delivery and BD
- You want the LinkedIn export and mailbox ranked, rather than a cold list of strangers
- You want one plan at $129/mo, a seven-day trial, and no required demo call
Pricing shape
Annie is Solo-only. One plan at $129/mo, or $1,290/year. Details and trial terms: Pricing. Enterprise recruitment CRMs set their own prices and they change. This page does not copy a figure from someone else’s pricing page.
Questions
Only for a solo desk whose job is ranking the network they already have. It is not the right buy if you need a team ATS or a sourcing database. See alternatives for the wider set.
No. Annie only works from people already in your contacts. She does not invent strangers to pad the queue. On a quiet day the morning email does not arrive at all.
Annie accepts LinkedIn Connections.csv, the archive zip, and ordinary contact spreadsheets (CSV, XLSX, XLS, ODS). Fields from an old system can come across with a preview before anything is written. You approve the preview first. Email mstubbs@meetannie.ai if your export is unusual.
Annie is one plan: Solo at $129 per month, or $1,290 a year. Enterprise recruitment CRMs set their own prices, usually for a team, and those prices change. Compare them to $129 only if the jobs are actually the same. For most team and sourcing desks, they are not.
