A LinkedIn connections export, or any spreadsheet of people — for the names that never show up in your inbox. Drop the file in and Annie counts the real job titles inside it, so you pick your desk from what you actually have rather than from a list of sectors.

You do not need all three. Most desks connect email and that is enough to start — the other two are for history your inbox never saw. All three are safe to run more than once: Annie matches on email, name and LinkedIn URL before writing anything, so a second import updates what is already there rather than duplicating it.

What Annie will never do
Send anything by itself: a drafted message only goes when you click send, from your own mailbox and your own address. Store the body of your mail: Annie reads a new message once to write the dated note, keeps the note, the subject, who and when, and keeps no copy of the message. Or share a named contact of yours with another customer. Revoke mailbox access from your own mail settings whenever you like.
