From first call to paid invoice, everything on one recruitment CRM.

Hi, I'm Annie. Here's everything on the desk, in the order your day runs: who to call, winning the work, filling the job and getting paid. One plan, nothing sold as an add-on.

A call list every morning, ranked by who has a reason to hear from you.

Most CRMs wait for you to search them. Every morning I send a list of people worth calling today, each with the reason, the source, an opening line and a plan for when they don't pick up.

Example

Tarik Madi, Majid Al Futtaim. New strategy lead. Get to him before the roles are briefed out.

What's on every lead

  • Why now: a role posted, a leadership change, a funding round, an expansion or a reply you owe
  • Talking points from real news about their company, each with its source and the hiring angle
  • A follow-up plan for today, day 4, day 10 and day 17, so silence still has a next step
  • People on your desk you could put forward to them
  • The other people you know at that firm, with an intro request ready if the first one doesn't work out
  • One-tap outcomes after the call: booked a call, not now, sent me to HR, no reply

The rest of your network waits in a ranked queue behind today's list.

Outreach emails in your voice. You press send.

Every draft is written from what I know about the person and their company, and opens in your own Gmail or Outlook. You read it, change what you like, and send it yourself.

Your mailbox · draft
To Tarik Madi, Majid Al FuttaimRe Your new strategy team

Hi Tarik, congratulations on the new role. When the team starts hiring, I place senior strategy people across the GCC. Worth 15 minutes next week?

What I draft

  • Approaches: one fact, one ask, aimed at a 15-minute call
  • Candidate specs, with name and employer hidden until the client is interested
  • Intro requests to the person who knows your target
  • Chases, replies and follow-ups in the same email thread

Small things that save embarrassment

  • Before a named spec goes out, I ask if the candidate agreed to be put forward, and note the answer on their record
  • When I only have a best-guess email, the To line stays empty until you verify it
  • Set your tone once: professional, consultative, or warm and direct

Hiring signals from companies where you already know someone.

Job boards show every recruiter the same roles. I only bring you news from companies in your own network, linked to the people you know there, so every signal comes with someone to call.

Example

14 of your connections changed jobs since 2 April. Layla moved to Mashreq. Ask who took over her old seat.

What I watch

  • Funding, new appointments, expansions and live roles on company careers pages
  • Job moves and promotions in your network, each time you upload a fresh LinkedIn export
  • Open market: companies hiring in your sectors where you don't know anyone yet

Every fact links to its source. If I can't check it, you don't see it. Live market data covers the UAE and the GCC, the UK and the US. Contacts, email, jobs and invoices work in any country.

Ask your desk a question. Get an answer with its sources.

Who's gone quiet this month? Prep me for my 15:00. Which jobs need candidates? I answer from your contacts, emails, calls and jobs, plus public news checked live, and show where every answer came from.

How it works

  • One box at the top of every page, or Cmd+K from anywhere
  • Answers name the people, with a link to open each one
  • Any answer can become a draft you edit and send
  • If I don't know, I say so. I never make up people or jobs
  • I never read another user's private data

A contact database that knows who you've actually spoken to.

In most CRMs a LinkedIn connection and a client you've placed three times look identical. I sort your contacts by what really happened between you, so you can see at a glance who's warm, who's slipping and who you've never spoken to.

Example

Sara at Falcon Crest has gone quiet for 94 days. They just opened a Development Director seat.

Contacts

  • Relationship status: spoken recently, going quiet, dormant, reachable or connection only
  • One timeline per person: emails, calls, meetings, notes, stage moves and files from their emails
  • Last touch kept current from your mailbox, with nothing to retype
  • Duplicates found by email, phone or LinkedIn, then merged with all history kept. A shared name alone never counts as proof
  • Contacts with no company matched in one click
  • Paste an email signature to add a contact

Companies

  • A board sorted by warmth: hot right now, warming up, cooling off
  • Public facts with sources: size, offices, what they hire. Gaps say "Not found yet", never a guess
  • What's moving, who you know there, live jobs and anything they owe you
  • Every email with the firm filed on its timeline

Business development on the same desk as delivery.

BD is the first thing to slip when you're also filling roles. Your pipeline, meeting prep and follow-ups sit next to your jobs, and I bring up what's due before it's late.

Example

Meridian Gulf has had your terms for 9 days. Your last two talks with Sara were calls. Call her.

BD pipeline

  • Deals from Prospect to Won and Lost
  • Open fees, likely fees weighted by candidate stage, and filled fees
  • A won deal becomes a job in one step
  • Leads from your feed that aren't on the board yet, ready to add

Meetings

  • Coming soon: a brief by email before each meeting with your goal, what you owe them, where you left it, what changed at their firm and what to ask
  • Log how it went in one tap afterwards

Waiting on them

  • Track replies, CVs, interview feedback, times and signed terms
  • I spot promises in your email, like "I'll send my CV Friday", and remind you on the day
  • Chase drafts sent from your own mailbox. When they reply, it moves to the top

Tasks

  • Linked to a contact or candidate, so they show on that record too

Candidate management that starts with the people you already have.

When a seat opens, I check your desk first: who fits on title, notice and market, who's available now, and who you placed a year ago and might be ready to move.

Lina fits Falcon Crest's new Development Director seat. Spec her to Sara today.

Jobs

  • A kanban board for every job: drag candidates from longlist to shortlisted, interviewing, offer and placed
  • Matches from your desk that aren't in the pipeline yet
  • The invoices for each job on the same page

Candidates

  • Bulk CV upload: drop in a pile of PDF or Word files and each one becomes a searchable record. Duplicates are flagged, never added on their own
  • Notice period, salary band, visa status, right to work, references and every CV version
  • My take on each candidate, plus a pitch you can copy
  • Spec targets: companies hiring for what a candidate does
  • A marketing list for people worth pitching without a live job
  • Reactivation watch for past placements who may move again
  • Boolean search and custom fields
  • Emiratisation and Saudisation quotas on jobs

Send a shortlist clients answer.

CVs sent by email sit in a hiring manager's inbox. I build a one-page profile for each candidate and send the client a private link where they say yes, maybe or no and suggest interview times.

Shortlist · Head of Sales
Nadia11 years in GCC banking sales. Available in 30 days.
Example

Layla said yes to Nadia. Move her to interview and send three times.

What the client gets

  • A profile for each candidate, drafted from the CV, your call notes and the brief. Blanks stay blank, never guessed
  • A clean CV in your firm's format, contact details removed, your watermark on every page
  • Yes, maybe or no on each candidate, with times and a comment
  • A tidy page on their phone

What you get

  • I won't add a candidate who hasn't agreed to go to that client
  • A separate link for each reviewer, with an expiry date and an off switch
  • Opens and answers on the job. A yes becomes a card in your feed
  • A chase draft if nobody replies within 3 working days
  • Updated profiles and withdrawn candidates shown to the client cleanly
  • A PDF shortlist for the client and a CSV for you

Link previews in WhatsApp and email show your firm and the role, never a candidate's name.

Placements and invoices, tracked until the money lands.

Fees slip when invoicing is a separate job. Raise the invoice from the placement in one click, send it from your own mailbox, and I'll tell you when it's due, when it's late and when the guarantee ends.

  • Your logo, bank details and footer on every PDF
  • Tax wording for the UAE, Saudi Arabia, the UK, the EU, the US, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and India, or your own label and rate

  • A heads-up 3 days before it's due, and a chase draft in the same thread when it's late
  • Mark it paid and send a thank-you with a paid copy attached
  • Void and reissue without ever reusing a number

Placements

  • Fees this year and all time, by client
  • A guarantee countdown, with the rebate steps if a candidate leaves early
  • Commission splits and referral payouts, kept off the client's invoice
  • WPS payroll invoices for UAE contractors

Numbers you can click into.

Calls, emails, meetings, shortlists, interviews, offers, placements, fees invoiced and fees paid. Every number opens the deals, jobs and placements behind it.

For teams of 2 to 10

  • Owner, admin and member roles
  • Shared contacts, companies, jobs and candidates
  • Each recruiter's call list stays their own
  • A team view for owners that shows facts, not a leaderboard

Set up from the network you already have.

No implementation project and no training week. Bring in what you have and your first call list is ready in about 15 minutes.

LinkedIn

  • Drop in the export zip unopened

Got any questions?

Does Annie replace my ATS?

For most solo and boutique recruiters, yes. Annie is a recruitment CRM with candidates, jobs, pipelines, client shortlists and invoicing built in, so the whole desk runs in one place.

Does Annie work with Gmail and Outlook?

Yes. Annie connects to Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook and Microsoft 365, read only. Drafts send from your own mailbox. Google and Outlook calendar, for meeting briefs, are coming soon.

Can Annie read CVs?

Yes. Upload as many PDF or Word CVs as you like and each one becomes a searchable candidate record. Scanned images with no text are flagged so you can ask for a better copy.

Can clients give feedback on candidates in Annie?

Yes. You send a private shortlist link, and the client says yes, maybe or no on each candidate and suggests times. Their answers land on the job and in your feed.

Does Annie handle recruitment invoicing and VAT?

Yes. Invoices are raised from the placement with your logo, bank details, VAT and guarantee terms, in any currency, with tax wording for the UAE, Saudi Arabia, the UK, the EU, the US and more.

No. Annie drafts and you send. Nothing goes out in your name unless you press send.
