In LinkedIn, go to Settings, then Data privacy, then Get a copy of your data, and pick Connections only. LinkedIn emails you a zip, often within 10 minutes. Drop it into Annie exactly as it arrives. Don't tidy it first.

No. I only read the export you download from LinkedIn yourself. Inside the zip I open the connections file and nothing else. Messages, posts and ad data are never opened.

Upload any spreadsheet of people instead, from Outlook, Google or an old CRM, as CSV, XLSX, XLS or ODS. Or just connect your email, and I'll build your desk from the people you've been writing to.

No. Odd column names, duplicate headers, missing cells, dates Excel has mangled, two spellings of the same name: I handle all of it and tell you what I found. You choose which job titles are clients and which are candidates, and nothing is written until you press Import.

Candidates, contacts, companies, jobs, placements and history. Anything that can't come across is listed by name before you approve, so you know what's missing before you start.

You can undo the whole import. Every row is accounted for: imported, updated, skipped or flagged with a reason, and you can download the problem rows as a spreadsheet.

Yes. When you join, your records move into the shared account and your call list stays private. Joining doesn't cancel your own plan, so cancel it in billing afterwards to avoid paying twice.
